As many of you know, I’m not a coffee drinker. So fortunately, I absolutely adore tea!
Unfortunately though, I will be overseas when Cheryl from Flag and Spear Tea Hunters will be partnering up with In the Art of Entertaining catering, to host Imbue, a tea paired degustation on the 7th of November, with a focus on single origin tea.
For just $95 + booking fee, you’ll get 8 courses each matched with a tea, which include dishes that just make my mouth water at the thought; quinoa sushi cubes (what!), miso scallops, pork belly stacks and ricotta dumplings and raspberry panna cotta. Swoon!

Luckily for me who can’t attend, Cheryl was very kind to offer to me, and one lucky winner as part of this giveaway, a pack of the 8 tea’s that she will be featuring on the night. Some of the teas in her selection are quite rare, and some are worth several hundred per kilo!
